I assume if you are reading this, then you already know why 30 grams of fiber a day is good for you, but did you know that soluble fiber is better for you than insoluble fiber. Also, soluble fiber is less common in foods, but don't worry because these gummies are soluble fiber. In fact just two gummies contain 5 grams of soluble fiber.
These gummies have a mild but tasty flavor. Even people who don't like fruit still like the taste of these gummies.
